Robert is an experienced consultant specialising in management framework design, business process improvement, quality management, business performance, risk, and business excellence. With a straightforward, pragmatic, and relatable approach, he assists organisations in designing, and deploying systems and processes to support strategy and compliance, and drive efficiency and customer experience.
Robert leverages his vast experience to recognise risks early and advise clients on best practice. He has successfully designed and implemented engineering review, quality management, risk, and performance management frameworks. Notably, his Continuous Improvement program was a finalist in the 2021 New Zealand Best Business Practice Awards.
Underpinned by project management qualifications, Robert has delivered successful change and improvement projects within the defence, construction, engineering, and telco sectors.

Dan is an accomplished consultant with deep expertise in scaling professional services firms, focusing on operational excellence and people experience. With a strategic approach to business growth and a strong emphasis on career management, he has successfully led teams through significant organisational transformations.
Dan’s career highlights include his tenure as EGM of New Zealand and EGM People Experience and Strategy at Planit Software Testing, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the Auckland team from 60 to over 500 employees. His leadership was instrumental in achieving consistent revenue and profit growth, navigating the business through multiple sales and acquisitions, and leading the integration of the two largest QA companies in New Zealand.
A seasoned leader, Dan has overseen three major organisational restructures and spearheaded the design and implementation of workforce management systems for over 1,500 employees globally. His ability to deliver results while maintaining a strong focus on people experience sets him apart in the consultancy field.
Dan holds a BA Honours from the University of Lancaster and an MSc in Information Technology from the University of Aston. His experience spans the UK, UAE, New Zealand, and Australia, where he has successfully managed client relationships and the career growth of over a thousand consultants.
Author of "The Consultant's Playbook," published in 2023, Dan is currently working on its sequel, "The Balanced Consultancy."

Reuben is an emerging engineering talent with a strong foundation in embedded systems, software development, digital design, computer hardware, and electrical circuitry. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, he is passionate about applying technical principles to real-world challenges and driving innovation.

Angie’s broad experience across business and technical domains allows her to bridge the gap between a company’s goals and the steps needed to achieve them in a practical and effective manner.
She has strong skills in business process mapping, analysis and improvement; dashboarding and data analysis; and process management framework design and implementation.
Her work has been used by companies to achieve benefits including: optimising end-to-end operations, achieving measurable improvements and preparing for international expansion and ISO certification.
An experienced department manager, business analyst and project manager, Angie is the recipient of an IEAust Engineering Heroes Award.
